Cynthia Fujikawa Nes – CEO and co-founder
Experience from customer management and business administration in companies with different cultural background. Based on her business background in Brazilian, Korean and Norwegian companies she knows more than most people about building bridges between different cultures and developing an innovative base for global business. She owns Fujikawa Engenharia de Software Ltda together with Egil.

Leandro Alves – Technology and co-founder
Leandro has been working with eZ publish in Latin-America since 2003 and is currently the leader for the eZ publish education user group in Brazil. He's been responsible for deployment of multiple enterprise eZ publish solutions at the famous Unicamp university in Brazil. His passion for open source resulted in the Brazilian eZ publish community in 2005. His wide technology background makes him a high-skilled integrator between different types of software. Leandro's collections of technology literature cover a wider area than what can be found in most libraries.

Egil Fujikawa Nes - Business development and co-founder
A business oriented technology freak. Back in 1996 he built his first CMS system which was employed by the local school for more than 4 years. The system gave the teachers the possibility to updated their pages by simply editing a normal text file. HTML files were generated every night based on the text files. In early 2000's, Egil started to work with Open Soruce CMS and has been following the market for the last 6 years. Based on his working experience as technology consultant in private companies and in the Norwegian government, he founded his own ISP company in 2001. Today this ISP company has grown and is considered to be a medium sized company in west-europe.
